Issue After upgrading from 2.8 to 3.4

After upgrading to 3.4 from 2.8 we are now getting:The system is currently experiencing problems.
Please contact Percussion Customer Success for assistance in resolving this issue.

After logging into Percussion. Does anyone have an idea what might of caused this?
