In Widget Configuration, I’ve turned off the Percussion’s Form widget.
I created a new custom widget called Form then deployed it without any issues.
This is what I saw in Percussion dropdown which was supposed to be in Custom:
I turned it back on via Widget Configuration:
I think CM1 must’ve missed the “reserved” name(s) even if the Widget is turned off via Widget Configuration
I tried to create a ticket (kind of related to this) in support.percussion.com but that page isn’t responding.

I wanted to let you know that we are able to reproduce the behavior that you illustrated in your Community Post for the “Form” widget issue and the reserved word problem you encountered.
We anticipate this will be resolved in a future version of the product. We will let you know when we have a release that addresses this issue.
