One of our user has been getting the following error on her machine when trying to view or set up directories in Server administrator
Could not catalog objects from specified server and base DN. Make sure the server is up and running, connection information for the selected Authentication is correct as well as the specified Host, Port and Base DN. The error returned was Hostname:389
When trying the fetch the Base DN >>The error returned was :{0}
Verified that server is runnning, Authentication , Host and Port information is correct.
This error occurs only on her machine. She was able Fetch Base DN successfully from other machine.
Can someone help me with whats going on here?
