Life cycle analysis reports

When I downloaded the life cycle analysis report, it saved the excel file on my machine. However, I need to be always online/ VPN so that I can view this excel file.

Is there anyway, I can use this report while being offline? I understand that the default behavior is to provide you the most upto date information. However, I want to have the ability to maintain the version so I need to have some way to be able to save this file and its contents.

You can use the Save As… functionality in Excel to save the file. When you open the file, it will attempt to connect to the server. The file preserves the data from your last connection. If, the next time you open the file, you are offline or you cancel the authentication, the data will not be updated.
