Lifecycle Analysis Reports Error Message

I am in the process of building lifecycle analysis report. I already did the work of setting up custom properties on the Excel file.

On click of the lifecycle analysis report option, it does starts the download of the report. I am able to see the data on the Excel report, however, eventually it eventually dies out, and the report disappears. I get the following message:

1407: Failed to create Lifecycle Analysis Help menu.

One question that immediately comes to mind is what version of Excel you are using.

Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
