I have an event widget on a page and in the description box I have a link to a file asset. Once I go live to view it and click on the link it takes me to a percussion ogin page. The asset has been published. What could be the problem.

Did you manually create the link to this asset through the HTML Source View, or did you use the Insert/Edit Link button and navigate to your Asset? At any point did you update the link through the HTML Source View? Finally, does the link work when you are previewing the page?
