We are building a new residence hall and want to have a live feed from a camera that will be mounted near the construction. I am not quite sure how to go about that in CM1. Does anyone have any experience with something like that?

If the camera feed is an RTSP stream - there is not a direct way to add the stream onto a webpage. The easiest way would be to use a third party service like https://www.ipcamlive.com/ or https://flashphoner.com/ to host the stream on on their site, then use an iframe on any page in the Northark site to display it. There is another option to download and use the ffmpeg command line tool on the webserver to convert the RTSP stream to HLS (HTTP Live Streaming), which can be displayed in webpages (example here RTSP stream to Web Browser using FFMPEG - DEV Community).
