Modify the "Content is awaiting your approval" notification / notify message

No offense but this need huge improvement… see my mockup, just an idea… unless is there a way I can modify this message on the backend?

We are going to do for over 100+ staffs on many different workflow. Thanks!

Just throwing in a second on this We work around it by putting the page name in the comments when we Submit, but we have a really small number of contributors to train.
