A user reported a bug with Navigation; if you move sections within the same level in Navigation (to change the order) then jump right to another level, your changes in the previous level are not saved.
To avoid this, after changing the order you can click on the Level 1 (Top) section arrow to collapse all levels, or leave Navigation (go to your Dashboard for example).
