Navigating from Layout to Content warning options

After I edit the layout (forget to click ‘save’) and click on the content tab, it would be nice if this warning (Seen in the attached screenshot) would give me the option to Save & Continue rather than having to cancel to go back to layout, click save, and then click content.

Ideally, I see this message giving three options:

  1. Save & Continue to your destination
  2. Cancel your action and stay here
  3. Discard changes (don’t save) and continue to your destination

We already have this change planned for the 2.7 release. It’s one of the lower priority items, so it could potentially get pushed to 2.8.
