Need the ability to Rename a Widget Builder Widget

Currently once a Widget Builder Widget is created there is no way to rename it.  Sometimes this is needed. For example if a typo was in the original name.

This is also true of Widget Field names and the Widget name should allow spaces as it is used for display to Designers and Content Contributors in the Widget tray.
