In Navigation > Level x > Add Section > Type is “External Link” and you’ll notice the Target Window isn’t presented. It’s missing.
Had to click “Wrench” icon to turn New Window option on.
Not sure which to file under “Idea” or “Problem” so I left it as “Problem” for now.
