PageNotFound - No mapping for...

I am trying to use the PSO RSS Item importer. I have used in the past on my 6.5.2 system, but now I am getting a 404 error in the browser and the open console screen shows:

WARN [PageNotFound] No mapping for [/Rhythmyx/user/apps/RSSImportProcessor/process] in DispatcherServlet with name ‘UserDispatcher’

and an earlier line showing:

WARN [SimpleUrlHandlerMapping] Neither ‘urlMap’ nor ‘mappings’ set on SimpleUrlHandlerMapping

Any clues would be helpful.

There’s something wrong (perhaps a syntax error) in the UserDispatcher-servlet.xml or one of the files that it includes.

This file is located in the directory:

/Rhythmyx/AppServer/server/rx/deploy/rxapp.ear/rxapp.war/WEB-INF/config/user/spring
