Please fix the attachment uploading

I havent been able to upload attachments for months. And It’s not just me. Uploading doesn’t work in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I haven’t tested other browsers. If I try to upload using “Basic Uploader” or “Upload from a website” then I get no error message, but the new attachment is not listed among my uploads, so I’m not allowed to use it. When I use the default uploader for “files from my computer”, I get a red exclamation mark beside the item and nothing is uploaded.

I’d upload screenshots… but I can’t! I’ve sent a few in via email to "cases.973588.97157_40412_42058.e0a0d7ce3c@cases.netsuite.com" on March 1, 2011.

What are the file extensions your uploading and the size of the files?

.zip
.txt
.xml

It doesn’t matter, as far as I can tell.

I’ve done some research on this issue and think I might have configured it to somewhat work now.

When I first started writing this post, I couldn’t upload anything except ZIP files. Now I can upload a bunch of different types of files. I’ve attached two files to this post, and the image shows the supported file types and settings. Hopefully it works now for people. Please post back to this thread if you’re still having issues.
