Promote Older Version

I need to promote an old version of a content item but I can not find where the ‘promote’ link is in Rhythmyx 6.5.

It’s in the revision screen (see screenshot)

There are 2 conditions:

  1. The item must be editable by the current user. That means you have to be an assignee, the item must not be in a public state, etc.
  2. The item must NOT be checked out.

So, if the item is in public, you will have to transition it to QuickEdit first, and make sure that it is not checked out.

I guess we could have made this a little more obvious.
