Has anyone come accross the attached error before, and if so how did they go about fixing it? It seems to be prevent us from opening up our workbench, which has been flagged after installing the patch 15889 but probably wasn’t actually caused by the patch itself.
I’m told that it is vaguely known about and results from a validation used by a query in:
rxs_Support_ce/rxs_PageVariantLookup.xml
I’m also told that it is possible to amend this validation, but quite how to go about this isn’t clear.
So, has anyone come across this before?
