Using 2.11 on Windows, my publish is failing with the error: Unable to connect to delivery server at: https://localhost:8443. Testing https://localhost:9980, I can connect to the tomcat server without SSL, but not over https. I get an SSL connection failed error. I don’t see any errors in the catalina log.

We found that the error was being caused because ASA was using our proxy configuration file for license activation, but then they still had Percussion’s communication to the local Tomcat being sent to localhost, which couldn’t resolve once it was passed through the proxy server.
