Publishing issues 6.7

Since we’ve upgraded to 6.7 back in the fall of 2009, we’ve been experiencing publishing issues. I’ve been dealing with TS but they believe its network issues on our side. We’ve gone through our network pretty closely, doing upgrades, etc but to no avail. So I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue?

Basically there are two issues.

Issue 1) All the content items are assembled and the Rhythmyx server tries to connect to the FTP server, but fails and the edition is canceled.

Issue 2) All the content items are assembled, Rhythmyx connects to the FTP server, starts transferring files but at some point it seems to lose the connection and hangs.

The first issue seems to be the more common one, happening at least every other night. Its not always the same publishing edition either, it can be different editions of different sites. We do have multiple publishing editions running, each one set to at least 15 minutes apart. We’ve even setup 1 site to publish through a different FTP server, but it experiences the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Did you fix the issue?
OR
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what could be causing this?

You may try to upgrade to the latest 6.7 patch.
FTP publishing over an unstable network is a known issue in 6.7 and it has been fixed in one of the 6.7 patched.

Thanks for the suggestion. We already upgraded to the patch that fixed part of that issue, but part of it still exists for us.
