Publishing with Failures

Hi Percussion,

As of late, our site has consistently been publishing with failures and has seemed to be taking longer to process page changes than normal. Are there any known causes for these kinds of problems?

Thanks,
John

Here’s the entire error message:
Error for metadataEndpoint: perc-metadata-services/indexer/entry, Item: 1,533,303,330,559, jobId: 2,398, location: /www.neep.orgapps/ROOT/Assets/uploads/… Misc. Good afternoon, it appears that you may be using our embedded web-server Apache/tomcat along with some of our dynamic widgets. That being said these dynamic widgets like “page autolist, comments, forms, etc” all require the DTS to function to accommodate their dynamic nature.

So the part of the error message: “Unable to connect to delivery server at: https://localhost:-1”, shows that the delivery-server.xml file might not have been properly configured.

Take a look at our help documentation: https://help.percussion.com/percussion-cm1/install-setup/network-and-system-configuration/web-server-configuration/production-web-server-setup/index

If you plan on continuing to use our built in webserver, you will want to follow the instructions for the Stand alone DTS tomcat.

Let us know if we can help with anything else
