Reference Sites by Name Within Dispatch Templates

Hi All,

NCI is looking for a way to reference Sites and Communities by name inside of their Dispatch Templates, this is due to the changing of IDs as they use MSM quite a bit.
If not possible to reference by name, could there perhaps be a way to reference the UID of a Site and/or Community from within the Template?
