Regions not opening to add content

I am trying to open and edit my header region in the “content” area of the UI on both of my templates for vastec.com with no luck. Please help! I am using Firefox.

Hi Julie,

When you say you can’t open the region for editing, are you receiving an error? Or are you unable to see the edit icons? Also, have you confirmed you are working on the template level and not a page?

I can not see the edit icons. I have confirmed I am working on the template level. I actually even tried to add a page and see if that worked.

Hi Julie,

The first thing I would check is if there are any CSS styles that hide or affect images that are being unintentionally applied to the edit and delete region icons. Can you confirm if the widget icons under the “content” tab are not present as well?
