Does anyone know how to remove the .html suffix from the homepage of a site. Basically i want all the urkls going to the root of the page to end in / rather than .html. I tried amending the location scheme but the homepage stopped publishing out even though it was inthe content list. I am worknig in version 5.7…

You need to create an assembly context. This is assembly context is how pages are referenced and the delivery context is how pages are published.
Have a look at the Site Folder Assembly context if you have FF installed.
To apply the assembly context you need to add the sys_assembly_context=CONTEXTID attribute to your content list url.
