Removing "Preview File" link from Content Editor window

Hi,

We have an extension that pre-processes the file input (sys_File control) and copies the file onto another file system instead of storing it in the CMS.

However, we want to be able to also remove “Preview File” or have the capability to define the link via the extension for this control in this specific content type.

Any idea?

I think a custom control could accomplish what you want. Copy the existing one and tweak it to fit your needs.
