Back in 2007 we had a Percussion consultant on-site who generated a full report of our system including definitions of all content types and templates, which was detailed enough for us to use it as the basis of a SoW document.
Can anyone tell me how this would have been done, as we need to generate a similar report?

If you’re working on the same system that the report was generated from previously, you can likely hit the following URL to access the Configuration Report:
http://<server>:<port>/Rhythmyx/rxs_ConfigReport_cas/full_report.htm
If you do not have this installed, please contact Professional Services for the latest copy and configuration instructions.
