Has anyone come across the problem of trying to restrict access to content items when in preview mode?
I have several folders with restricted community access within the RX tree.
This works fine as other communities cannot see the items within these folders. The problem occurs when a content item in a non-secure area is previewed and has a link to an item in a secure area. The secure item is displayed showing potentially sensitive data.
Can security be applied to preview documents?
When the content items are published via FTP the folder security is handled by standard NTFS file permissions to the required level.
