According to the RX Implementation Guide 6.5, pg 163, we should be able to restrict global templates by community. This makes sense as Global template are quite similar to local templates. However the problem I am having is that when a user creates a folder, they have a choice of selecting a global template in the folder properties, even if their community is not able to “see” that global template.
This particular user is only a member of one community so it is not a matter of “combined” permissions.
Is there any way to restrict access to global templates for end users? Clearly there are some templates that we DON’T want them to be able to use.
