I cannot locate if Rhythmyx 6.5.2 supports internet explorer 8.0. I found in the Rx documentation it supports IE 6.0+ but I need to verify that includes version 8.0
At the time 6.5.2 was released, Internet Explorer 8 did not yet exist. Therefore, we never “certified” with this release.
Subsequently, we’ve discovered that there are issues with IE 8 in all released versions of Rhythmyx, but that IE 8’s “compatibility mode” appears to work.
We do intend to support IE 8 without compatibility mode in a future release. We cannot, at this point, make a firm commitment to exactly when we will do this.
