Rhythmyx Inline Link Error

When using “Insert Rhythmyx inline link” to insert a Basic Page in Internet Explorer 8/9, the following error message occurs:

Error loading ‘/Rhythmyx/ui/content/selecttemplate.jsp?noButtons=false&objectId=%5B2%2C%222052%22%2Cnull%2Cnull%2Cnull%2Cnull%2Cnull%2C%22338%22%2Cnull%2C%22103%22%2Cnull%2Cnull%2Cnull%2Cnull%2Cnull%5D’ (200 OK)

It works if inserting other content (e.g., External Links) as a Rhythmyx inline link, but the Basic Page keeps breaking.

I am running Windows 7 Professional and Java 7 Update 3 (build 1.7.0_03-b05).

I’ve cleared my IE cache in addition to the Java cache as well.

Has anyone else run into this?

Did you fix this issue? If so, what was the solution for future reference?

Unfortunately, the issue has not been fixed yet. We believe it could be rooted in a Windows system update that possibly broke one the functionality, but have yet to be able to pinpoint what happened. If you figure it out, please be sure to let us know how you fixed it. Thanks!
