[RX-14557] Local field which uses an extension as data locator causes search failure

Created: Wed, 17 Dec 2008 17:30:47 -0500 (EST)
Affected Version(s): 6.5.2, and 6.6
Description: After upgrade from Rhythmyx Version 5.x to Version 6.5.2, saved searches fail if they include a Content Type that includes a local field that uses an extension as a data locater, if that field is also the first in the Content Type in alphabetical order.

Two options are available to work around this issue. One is to modify the name of the field in the Content Type, making it alphabetically last in the list of local fields in the Content Type. The other option is to add a hidden local field with a name that occurs alphabetically before the field that uses an extension as a data locater
