Description: If the Percussion Workbench crashes while design objects are open, attempting to open those design objects after restarting the Workbench may return errors. These errors occur because the locks on the design objects were not cleared when the Workbench crashed.
To workaround this issue, truncate the PSX_LOCKS table.
