Description: Some Editions report as “Completed with Failures”, but report the number of failures as 0. This seems to be cause by a problem when modifying the RXLOCATIONSCHEMEPARAMS table. The problem can be correctly by removing the CONTEXTID column.
As always, before manually modifying the database, be sure you create a backup
