Description: If a Content Item is in a Workflow State whose unpublishg flag is “n”, it is not unpublished.
To correct this problem, in the Site definition, add the value “n” to the Unpbulish Flags field.
Workaround (if applicable): 1. Edit all your sites under the Publishing Design
2. Expand the “Show Site Details”
3. Under the unpublish flags, add the value “n” as follow:
