In 6.7, Is there a way to set up Schedule to publish based on the Start date field and Schedule to unpublish based on the End date field.

This is typically done via the workflow. The general overview is that you have a pending workflow state just prior to the public workflow state. There is a aging transition from pending to public. In this transition you can specify the sys_PublishContent workflow action. You may also have a PSOPublishContent workflow action. I haven’t used either of these so YMMV. If you don’t like what’s provided, you can write your own workflow extension. I would imagine that you can do something similar via the aging transition from the public to archive state.
