Is there an easy way to send an email to all my users in CM1? Sometimes I need to let them know when the system will be down, ect… I’m getting a lot of users and it would be nice to be able to send them all out a mass email at a touch of a button. Is there a way?

There is no function like this built into Percussion at this time. I know a number of customers simply add user emails to a global CMS mailing list when their accounts are created, allowing them to send out mass messages to the full user base for the reasons you’ve outlined.
Are there any plans to add this feature in future releases?
Is there also some way to post an announcement to everyone’s dashboard? E.g. when system will be offline, etc.

I think it’s time to add this new feature to CM1.
