When publishing/unpublishing using Rhytmyx 5.7 the log files report the time between the message ‘About to login to FTP server’ and the actual ‘Logged in’ message being about 25 seconds. This happens when each content item is published so the publish takes about 5+ hours to complete.
Using telnet or browsing to the ftp site from the Rhytmyx server is almost instant.
Is there any configuration changes that can be made to improve the performance or does anybody know of other things that be looked at?
