I think I’ve seen an example of this in Percussion but I don’t recall where. Basically I have a set of users who would like us to build a table on the website that is sortable. Similar to this page here on someone else’s website
Has anyone done something like this? Can you send me in the right direction?

There’s no delivery-side facility for this in Percussion.
We usually implement this on the delivery side using jQuery Tablesorter or equivalent.
I would also look at datatables: http://datatables.net/ .
