I would like to have a new feature where the new post will be placed at the top of the front page (or blog page), keeping it there even the new published posts are under it.

Aaron, Thank you for your suggestions. Because of the number of enhancement suggestions we receive, we don’t always reply to each one, but I can assure you I review them all as part of planning our roadmap.
I’m not yet using the blog portion but having the ability to pin a post to the top, is an interesting idea.
