$sys.pub_path has a trailing /

I’ve been able to identify a problem with my assembly context (313) location scheme, but, it’s with the sys.pub_path string. It always ends with an extra slash.

at the root of the site it’s value is: //
2 folders down, it’s value is: /folder1/folder2//

How do I trouble shoot this. I’m sure it’s a configuration issue but I can’t identify what it may be.

My publish context (323) location scheme uses sys.pub_path - and the value of it in that context doesn’t not have the extra slash.

If it helps the Content Type I am having this problem with is an unmodified Nav Image.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have nav image content items that are doing exactly the same.
