When creating a template or variant, you can set the Site Visibility via the Sites tab. Where is this value stored in the database?

In my content items, I’d like the user to only see templates available to that site and not just community. We have multiple sites within a single community, but the templates are not always common across all sites. Is this doable?

The values are stored in PSX_VARIANT_SITE.

The siteIds are not used in the way you want, i.e. filtered by folder in the CX UI. The siteIds are for the publisher to use when publishing an Edition under a given Site definition.
