I think the title widget could have a few more options before it lost its identity as a “Title Widget”. The two main ideas being: 1.) able to have a title based on the folder in which the page lives instead of the section name and b.) have an alternate field for a different name than what is pulled from the navigation. This alternate name would be set when the section was built in the navigation node of CM1.
Regarding this latter option; it’s usually inappropriate to have long section titles such as “[name of company] Locations” because this would take up too much valuable space in navigation menus. On the other hand, truncated section names that are otherwise useful in navigation menus may be less than descriptive as page titles where it would be nice to have the name of the company as well as the section name as a title.
