I am having issues uploading images to the UI… I have tried several times through the bulk uploader as well as through the image asset tool. Is there a bug being fixed?
To clarify - all images are in a jpg format…

Are you uploading these images from a shared network drive or a USB device? If so, this has been known to cause problems, and the first thing I would try is to copy the image to your local machine’s desktop and attempt the upload from there.

These images are on my desktop. Could it be that we are not using the newest version on CM1?
I think you might need to convert your images from CMYK to RGB format.
I get this error when I do this or go over allowable file size limit.

What version of CM1 are you running? There was issue in version 2.8 and earlier where, if an image file was using the CMKY color space, the system would throw an error during upload. Can you upload other images from different sources without issue?
That is the issue then. We are in the process now of upgrading to the current version. Thanks so much Nathaniel
