Upgrading 3.1 -> 3.3 -> 4.0

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my Percussion cm1 on my development server and production server. The current version on dev server is 3.2.4 and that on production server is 3.1.6. I want to upgrade them to 3.3 first and then to 4.0. Is this a feasible path? If so, can you provide the download link for version 3.3. Our OS is Linux x64
