Yesterday, our production server running Rx version 6.5.2 didn’t shut down cleanly. When it was restarted everything looked ok in the logs, however when I try to connect with workbench, the workbench application shuts down immediately after it connects.
Technical support suggested reinstalling the development tools from:
http://<RXHOST>:<RXPORT>/Rhythmyx/Administration/DeveloperTools/devToolsSetup.exe
This did resolve my problem by installing the dev tools in a new location rather than upgrading my existing location.
