Hello all! Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a notification email in the workflow that only sends if the logged-in user is a specific user?

What I want to do is this - I’ve been trying to think of creative ways to have the CMS email me if one workflow is being used over another. We have a few workflows here that have different people review content…and when we first started using Percussion CM we didn’t have anyone review content since we (the webteam) only edited content. Now, we have many many users and are trying to figure out a way to make sure people are selecting the appropriate workflow instead of the basic non-review workflow. We can’t remove the basic one because we literally have thousands of content items assigned to it…
