Is it possible to export workflows?
And is it possible to make a copy of an existing workflow from CX?

What would you do with the export? There’s no interface that I’m aware of that would allow an export, but it would be feasible to query the appropriate tables and construct an XML document describing the workflow. The tables describing the workflow haven’t changed from 6.5 to 6.7. I doubt they’ll change any time soon, but that is the inherent danger.
As for copying a workflow, that interface is in the Workflow tab.
We are moving from one server to another server. So I wanted to know if we can export the workflow from the DEV to PROD server, or we need to create it again manually?
