We want to use something with our Zendesk like your screencast tool. we love the way you have it integrated into your ticket submissions. Looks like the one that you are currently using might be going out of business? Will you guys keep that feature? If so what new tool will you use?

I just checked and you’re right, Screenr is going out of business. That’s the tool Zendesk has for recording screencasts: is that what you were referring to? If we need to record a video of something when that tool disappears, I suspect the most likely thing we will use is a GoToMeeting. You can share your own screen and record it.
